二、食品進口報關(guān)流程：
一）：換單：
船到目的港之前請備好正本提單，盡量提供海運提單而不是貨代提單，以便降低換單成本。
二）：報檢：
1.食品安全承諾書
2.樣標及中文標簽樣稿
3.進口食品包裝情況說明（采用木托包裝的，還必須審核出口國出具的“熏蒸證明”。）
三）：報關(guān)：
各類文件請務必準備齊全，產(chǎn)品情況說明不能漏
四）：關(guān)稅：
1.海關(guān)進行審價（海關(guān)審價人員對所申報進口食品到岸價真實性的審查）
2.原產(chǎn)地證準確無誤，可享受區(qū)域特殊優(yōu)惠的，需要將成分標注在產(chǎn)地證上
五）：抽檢：
1.重點審核食品標簽字體、寫作食品范與否，標簽所列成分是否符合要求

2.提供進口貨物清單，獲取衛(wèi)生證

六）：送貨：
需要提供資料： 產(chǎn)地證、衛(wèi)生證、合同、提單、裝箱單、發(fā)彯、換單委托函、報檢委托函、報關(guān)委托函、營業(yè)執(zhí)照復印件、允許銷售證明、產(chǎn)品檢測報告、商標授權(quán)。

四、糕點進口清關(guān)注意事項及清關(guān)時間
1、標簽樣張不符合商檢標準要求 （整改）
2、檢驗結(jié)果不達標 （辦理退港審批手續(xù)、刪單退稅，或者國內(nèi)銷毀）
3、標簽加貼不符合樣張樣式 （整改重貼）
4、報關(guān)外轉(zhuǎn)核價 （提供價格資料或估價）
5、貨物未取得衛(wèi)生證書銷售 （將被商檢食品款，嚴重者吊銷經(jīng)營資格）
