YPT3系列變頻調速三相異步電動機是我公司自行開發設計的產品。YPT3效率指標符合GB 18613-2012《中小型三相異步電動機能效限定值及能效等級》中的“電動機節能評價值”中的3級效率的規定。

YPT3 series frequency-control three-phase asynchronous motors are independently developed and designed by our company. The efficiency index of YPT3 series conbs to the class-3 efficiency rate of “rating of energy saving for motors” in GB18613-2012, Energy Efficiency Limits and Energy Efficiency Rates for Small and Medium-sized Three-phase Asynchronous Motors.

本系列電動機機座號范圍為80mm～355mm，功率等級和安裝尺寸符合GB/T4772.1/IEC 60072-1和GB/T4772.2/ IEC 60072-2標準的規定

The frame size range of this series is 80mm-355mm, and the output ratings and mounting dimensions conb to the regulations specified in GB/T4772.1/IEC 60072-1 and GB/T4772.2/ IEC 60072-2.

電動機采用獨立通風（冷卻方式為IC416）和自扇冷卻（冷卻方式為IC411）兩種通風結構，前者調頻范圍為0～60Hz，4極以上可擴大調頻范圍,后者調頻范圍為35～60Hz。

The motors are equipped with two kinds of ventilating structures: independent ventilation (cooling b: IC416) and fan-ventilated cooling (cooling b: IC411). The frequency range of the ber b is 0-60Hz, and the range can be enlarged for motors with 4 or more poles; the frequency range of the latter is 35-60Hz.

電動機主接線盒和獨立風機的接線盒位于機座的頂部，可以左右出線，滿足用戶不同出線方式的要求；

The primary terminal box of the motor and the terminal box for the independent fan are mounted at the top of the frame to enable both right and left wiring and thus meet users’ different needs;

機座號160及以上電機，可以根據用戶需要提供定子測溫裝置、軸承測溫裝置、加熱器、不停機注排油裝置；

According to users’ needs, the motors with the frame size of 160 or above could be provided with the stator and bearing temperature measuring devices, heater, and non-stop oil-filling and -draining device;

機座號225及以上電機，可根據用戶需要提供底腳調整螺栓孔；

2.4 According to users’ needs, the motors with the frame size of 225 or above could be provided with bolt holes for foot adjustment;

非軸伸端可安裝編碼器、測速機等輔助設備。

Auxiliary devices, such as encoder and tachometer, could be installed at the non-driving end.

接線盒、機座、端蓋和風罩的外形美觀、樣式新穎，并且有利于降噪和通風；

The terminal box, frame, end cover, and fan housing are of beautiful appearance and novel styles, and the design is helpful for noise reduction and ventilation;

如用于各種特殊環境，如：“W”、“TH”、“WTH”、“F1”、“F2”、“WF1”及“WF2”，其中：W為戶外防輕腐蝕；TH為濕熱；WTH為戶外濕熱；F1為戶內防中等防腐；F2為戶內防強腐蝕；WF1為戶外防中等腐蝕；WF2為戶外防強腐蝕，需在定貨時提出。

The marks for various special environments include “W”, “TH”, “WTH”, “F1”, “F2”, “WF1”, and “WF2”, where W model is suitable for outdoor and slightly corrosive environment; TH for environment in humid tropics; WTH for outdoor environment in humid tropics; F1 for indoor and moderaby corrosive environment; F2 for indoor and highly corrosive environment; WF1 for outdoor and moderaby corrosive environment; WF2 for outdoor and highly corrosive environment;

為了方便連接負載，在電動機軸伸端面均預留有C型中心孔；

To facilitate load connection, a C-shape center bore is pre-opened at the motor’s driving end face;

機座號132及以上在電機機座底部安裝有排水閥（安裝方式為臥式）；

A drain valve is mounted at the bottom of the frame in motors with the frame size of 132 or above (horizontally mounted);

電動機接線盒內設6個接線端子，進線口處螺紋規格(見表1)，并提供尼龍電纜防水接頭，可適用于電纜外徑（見表1）的電纜進線。

There are 6 terminals in the motor’s terminal box. Specifications of thread at the inlet are shown in Table 1. In addition, a nylon cable gland, which can be used for connecting the cables with applicable outside diameters (see Table 1), is provided.
