KUKA機器人更換平衡缸
一、適用情況：二、安全注意事項：
掛安全門鎖，掛維修警示牌，面板下電。
準備事項：
工具：內六角，卡簧鉗，套筒扳手，M12螺絲的拔銷器，軸承。
三、操作步驟：
1，將機器人開到零位，先取出插銷內的螺絲，在用卡簧鉗取出卡簧，后用拔銷器取出插銷，然后在取出飛碟圓盤。
2，對內部進行清潔
3，先拆三角架這側軸承，（注：三腳架下方有2顆M14的螺絲）。要取出側面的軸承先要拆掉罩殼和一個固定螺絲，使用木棍支撐，慢慢撬動，待到合適位置，用吊繩捆綁，最后取下平衡缸，在地上平穩放好。
4，拆除三角架里的軸承和對面軸承，并清洗干凈，有毛刺的地方用砂紙打磨光滑。然后更換新軸承和軸承卡簧。(注：安裝軸承時請上高溫潤滑脂)
5，將平衡缸用安全帶捆好抬到原來的位置，并裝上三角盤里的軸承，注意要對準螺絲孔的位置，安裝方法：先安裝后面2個軸承并固定，在安裝前面軸承和插銷，(注：安裝前面軸承時要用螺絲頂住平衡缸后面的彈簧板，將其往前頂，調整前方軸承方向和飛碟圓盤，到合適的位置裝入插銷)。
6，向該位置的圓盤打入4根螺絲，目的是使插銷那里的軸承對準位置
7，對準平衡缸的位置后，重新裝上插銷，裝上卡簧、罩殼后完成整個過程。（注：完成后用油槍給軸承加高溫潤滑油.)

KUKA Robot Replacing Balance Cylinder

Hang safety door locks, hang maintenance warning signs, and power down the panel.
Preparation:
Tools: hexagonal socket, circlip pliers, socket wrench, M12 screw extractor, bearing.
3、 Operating steps:
1. Drive the robot to the zero b, first remove the screw inside the pin, then use a snap ring pliers to remove the snap ring, then use a pin extractor to remove the pin, and then remove the flying disc.
2. Clean the interior
3. First remove the bearing on this side of the tripod (note: there are two M14 screws below the tripod). To remove the side bearing, first remove the cover and a fixed screw, use a wooden stick to support it, slowly pry it, wait until it reaches the appropriate b, bind it with a lifting rope, and finally remove the balance cylinder and place it smoothly on the ground.
4. Remove the bearings in the tripod and the opposite bearing, clean them thoroughly, and smooth any burrs with sandpaper. Then replace the bearings and bearing circlips with new ones. (Note: Please apply high-temperature lubricating grease when installing bearings)
5. Tie the balance cylinder with a safety belt and lift it to its original b. Install the bearings in the triangular disc, paying attention to aligning them with the screw holes. Installation b: first install the rear 2 bearings and fix them, and then install the front bearing and pin. (Note: When installing the front bearing, use screws to support the spring plate behind the balance cylinder, push it forward, adjust the direction of the front bearing and the flying disc, and install the pin in the appropriate b).
6. Drive 4 screws into the disc at this b to align the bearing at the pin with the b
7. After aligning the b of the balance cylinder, reinstall the latch, install the circlip, and complete the entire process.
(Note: After completion, use an oil gun to add high-temperature lubricating oil to the bearing.)
