恒美斯SNO3NN/033BNA3NNNB/NNNNN電動潤滑泵及裝置SNO3NN/033BNA3NNNB/NNNNN配流盤有平面配流和球面配流兩種形式,薩姆H1V160斜軸式柱塞泵采用球面配流。球面配流的磨擦副,在缸體配流面劃痕比較淺時,通過研磨手段修復;缸體配流面溝槽較深時,應先采用“表面工程技術”手段填平溝槽后,再進行研磨,不可盲目研磨,以防銅層變薄或漏出鋼基。缸體和配流盤在研磨前,應先測量總厚度尺寸和應當研磨掉的尺寸,再補償到調整墊上。配流盤研磨量較大時,研磨后應重新熱處理,以確保淬硬層硬度。
