主機架：機架、升降工作臺、前段輸送裝置、中段輸送裝置、中段壓合裝置、成品側面輸出裝置、電氣控制裝置。

一、 YL-BZD型半自動粘箱機采用精良的加工工藝和優質鋼材加工制作而成，機械效率每分鐘40片。采用智能雙數顯計數器，自動堆碼側面輸出。

三、涂膠頭選用美國進口優質鋁型材，涂膠輪選用日本優質不銹鋼，勻膠塑塊選用日本優質賽鋼精磨制做，上漿桶由優質不銹鋼制成自然壓力給膠。
涂膠粘合后由強力風機壓合烘干，校正后由電子感應自動輸出到中斷壓合，壓合后由光電計算控制，設置所需成品打包數后，自動橫向輸出。

九、整機鋼材選用The steel chooses
