輸出接線方式的選擇   按PLC的輸出接線方式的不同，一般有分組式輸出和分隔式輸出兩種，分組式輸出是幾個輸出點為一組，共用一個公共端，各組之間是分隔的，可分別使用不同的電源。TRICONEX 3720而分隔式輸出的每一個輸出點有一個公共端，各輸出點之間相互隔離，每個輸出點可使用不同的電源。主要應根據系統負載的電源種類的多少而定。一般整體式PLC既有分組式輸出，也有分隔式輸出。

1．輸出電流的選擇
輸出模塊的輸出電流（驅動能力）必須大于負載的額定電流。用戶應根據實際負載電流的大小選擇模塊的輸出電流。如果實際負載電流較大，輸出模塊無法直接驅動，可增加中間放大環節。

2．同時接通的輸出點數量
選擇輸出模塊時，還應考慮能同時接通的輸出點數量。同時接通輸出的累計電流值必須小于公共端所允許通過的電流值。如一個220V/2A的8點輸出模塊，TRICONEX 3720每個輸出點可以通過2A的電流，但輸出公共端允許通過的電流不是16A（8X2）通常要比此值小得多。一般來說，同時接通的點數不要超出同一公共端輸出點數的60％。

3．輸出的負載電流與負載類型、環境溫度等因素的關系

For example, for a 220V / 2A 8-point output module, Triconex 3720# each output point can pass 2A current, but the allowable current at the output common end is not 16A (8x2), which is usually much smaller than this value. Generally speaking, the number of points connected at the same time shall not exceed 60% of the output points of the same common terminal.
