概述:

2、該儀器由壓力主機、壓力站、水箱、溫度控制系統和計算機軟件系統組成。壓力主機:由壓力微控制部分、自動補壓和電動卸壓部分組成,壓力微控制部分采用了微電腦控制,配備了高分辨率、高速運算模塊,和計算機進行實時通訊,并能根據壓力的情況自動補壓和自動卸壓。
壓力站:主要的功能是為壓力主機提供壓力,壓力站的壓力要求是下限必須高于的所有試樣所進行試驗的壓力,本部分采用了美國進口柱塞泵,大流量、低噪音、高壓力、免維護,通過外接高壓軟管,能夠完成自動補水,保證總壓力的可靠性,成為一個最可靠的壓力源。
水箱:由循環部分、加熱部分、自動補水部分和保溫部分組成,循環部分采用了大流量管道泵,使水箱溫度均勻,溫度交換快。
溫度控制系統:精確控制水箱的溫度,進行溫度的顯示,單獨地進行溫度的設定,并且可以智能控制水箱的液位,在保證溫度的同時也保證液位在一個合理的位置。。
軟件系統:通過RS232串行接口與壓力主機相連,提供了參數設置、校準、卸壓、調零、調幅、試驗曲線的繪制、試驗記錄保存和打印試驗報告等多種功能。
