應(yīng)用范圍:
本儀器適用于測定干燥或不同含濕狀況下勻質(zhì)板狀、粉未狀材料的蓄熱系數(shù)、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)、導(dǎo)溫系數(shù)和比熱。被測材料導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)范圍在0.035~1.7w/m.k(或0.03~1.5kcal/m.h.℃),蓄熱系數(shù)范圍0.1-30W/M2K。
基本原理:
該儀器是以非穩(wěn)定導(dǎo)熱原理為基礎(chǔ),在實驗材料中短時間加熱,使實驗材料的溫度發(fā)生變化,根據(jù)其變化的特點,通過導(dǎo)熱微分方程的解,便可計算出試驗材料的蓄熱系數(shù)、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)、導(dǎo)溫系數(shù)和比熱。

Application Scope

Basic Principle
Based on the principle of unsteady-state heat transfer, the instrument applies a brief heating pulse to the test material, inducing temperature variations. By solving the heat conduction differential equation using the observed temperature response, the material’s thermal storage coefficient, thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, and specific heat are calculated.
